We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Method
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, allowing you to track your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Areas
At this time, we only ship to:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally or to Northern Ireland.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. PuttiLuxe cannot be held responsible for delays or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will work with Royal Mail to investigate your shipment.
