At PuttiLuxe, every item is lovingly handmade with care and attention to detail.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
- Free from any damage caused after delivery
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items made specifically to your requirements
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
